Los Angeles must have heard about the "plastic bag free Torquay campaign :)" and recently became the largest city in the U.S to approve a ban on plastic bags at supermarket checkout lines, which is huge for everyone supporting the movement to reduce the amount of plastic trash entering the region’s waterways and our ocean.
I've been spending a lot of time over here and its heavy how bad the water Quality is especially after it rains! Not fun!
