How do we make changes to our patterns of consumption if we want to minimise damage to the planet’s resources? These panellists from a Sydney Festival debate are pretty much in agreement that as individuals and corporations we should change our consuming ways, but the debate is in the method, the process and the commitment.
This discussion, presented by Sydney Festival 2012 & Unilever was chaired by broadcaster, author and comedian Adam Spencer, with panellists:
- Dr Val Curtis, Director, Hygiene Centre, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
- Jon Dee, Founder and Managing Director, Do Something! and 2010 NSW Australian of the Year
- Ingrid Just, Spokesperson/Head of Media, CHOICE
- Gavin Neath, Senior Vice President, Global Communications and Sustainability, Unilever
