Flicking through the net last night I stumbled upon this piece of gold. It reminded me of hanging out out with Paul Patto in Western Australia on flat days. Grabbing a car load of the boys and taking turns hammering down empty streets up behind Dunsborough on Sector Nine's. The best fun you can have outside of sliding down some water.

Funny,,, that's how I feel after a big day of Fire Training and Ocean Survival, topped off with a sneaky late surf with Dan Ross... 

Which actually turned out to be a 15min circuit (punish) due to lack of waves,,, of soft dune running, crunches, swimming, running, more crunches, paddle, surf continuously...
