Travel Tip 101 with DR Smooth...

Professional Surfer and fitness freak, Daniel Ross, knows a thing or three about travelin', here's one of his best tips...

If your a professional surfer or an athlete that travels as much as we do. Buying a blender at every stop is worth its weight in gold!
Its the best way to fuel yourself on the run. I usually make a smoothie first thing in the morning or about 2 hrs before a heat.

1 banana
handfull of blue berrys or strawberries
1- 2 organic raw eggs
organic yogurt 
organic rice milk
agave or honey
teaspoon of organic coconut oil
and a taplespoon of  mi-essence berry radical to supercharge it!
